Schedule & Event Overview
VAYUTHON is a 24-hour sprint running from Saturday morning to Sunday morning. Saturday carries the main programme, community events, and overnight build experience; Sunday morning is reserved for the final review and awards.
The exact schedule and time slots are being finalized by the organizing committee. The timeline below reflects the planned overall structure. The confirmed minute-by-minute itinerary will be updated here and shared with registered team leads via email and the WhatsApp network.
Arrival, Desk Verification & Sprint Kickoff
Squad check-in at Chalapathi University (Mothdaka, Guntur), badge distribution, Wi-Fi connectivity setup, followed by the opening address and official countdown initiation.
Lunch & Mentorship Evaluation
Lunch provided for all participants. Mentors conduct rounds to inspect chosen architectures, provide feasibility feedback, and help squads scope their deliverables.
Dinner, Night Events & The Overnight Build Sprint
Dinner is followed by prototype pulse checks, optional late-night games, a midnight makers’ hour, and the core overnight build sprint. A supervised early-morning firecamp offers a recharge break for overnight builders.
Final Review & Project Submissions
Final submissions are reviewed and selected squads prepare their live demonstrations. The morning stays focused on the closing programme rather than additional event tracks.
Prize Distribution & Valedictory Ceremony
Selected prototype demonstrations, winner recognition, spot-cheque handover, prize distribution, and closing remarks. The hackathon officially wraps up on Sunday morning.
