Shipping & Delivery Policy

Upon successful completion of the ₹999 squad registration checkout via Razorpay or Cashfree:

• Instant System Confirmation: The web application immediately confirms the transaction and activates your squad portal.
• Confirmation Email: An automated confirmation containing your Order ID, Squad ID, and team invite link is delivered to the registered team lead's email address within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Tax Receipt & Invoice: A digital tax receipt and payment receipt are automatically generated and made available for download in your team dashboard.

Physical hackathon deliverables — including official participant ID badges, builder kits, branded stickers, and meal wristbands — are distributed directly on-site:

• Pickup Venue: Central Registration Helpdesk, Chalapathi University, Mothdaka, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
• Reporting Time: Saturday morning check-in (8:00 AM – 9:30 AM).
• Verification Requirement: Team members must present their digital registration pass (on mobile) along with a valid College/Institution Photo ID Card for verification.

Following the conclusion of the 24-hour sprint and final jury evaluations, cryptographically verifiable digital certificates of participation and merit are issued electronically. Certificates will be emailed to each registered squad member and will remain permanently accessible and downloadable via the VAYUTHON dashboard.

If your payment was debited but you have not received your digital confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam/promotions folder. If it is still missing, contact our squad helpdesk immediately with your payment timestamp and UPI transaction reference number. Our coordinators will verify the database entry and re-issue your credentials within 2 hours.
